What is an undischargeable debt? I imagine it means that it cannot be discharged?
A non-dischargeable debt is a debt whose execution is suspended during your bankruptcy (you cannot be compelled to pay it), but which you must resume paying once your bankruptcy is over. Non-dischargeable debts are generally those resulting from obtaining goods or services under false pretenses.
