I declared bankruptcy last August, and the following day I opened an account at another bank. This new bank sent me a credit card (three weeks later). I haven't activated it yet, but I'd like to now. What could happen?
While you are bankrupt, you cannot hold a credit card. Return or destroy it immediately.
