My partner lost her job four months ago, yet she's still been racking up credit card bills (groceries, clothes, etc.). She wants to declare bankruptcy because I can't even help her, being heavily in debt myself. I've heard that creditors have the right to review her spending over the past three months. Can they demand repayment for all her purchases within the last three months?

Generally not, except that if these expenses are extravagant, they could give rise to an objection when requesting release.
